  • Inclusive Employment Australia

Access to affordable, reliable laptops through Community Laptops has supported VERTO’s delivery of the Inclusive Employment Australia program, particularly for participants with limited access to technology.

Combined with our Digital Literacy training, having a personal device helps participants apply their skills in real-world settings, including job searching, accessing services like myGov, and preparing resumes and cover letters.

Participant feedback indicates increased confidence using online platforms and continuing their learning at home.

Community Laptops has been responsive to work with, supporting timely delivery within program needs.

  • Supporting More Participants

VERTO Training Services have been working with WV Tech (Community Laptops) since the beginning of 2025 across our Laptop to Launch program — a digital literacy initiative where participants build confidence using their own laptop, which is a critical part of their learning journey and, in turn, our program success.

Our partnership has had a real impact on how we deliver the program. Having access to affordable, reliable laptops has allowed us to expand our reach across NSW and support more participants. As the program has grown, WV Tech has consistently been able to scale with us, which has been a key part of its success.

What really stands out is how easy they are to work with. Whether it is sending laptops to Byron Bay, Broken Hill, or anywhere in between, the process is always smooth and responsive. Nothing ever feels too hard, and that reliability makes a big difference when we are coordinating delivery across multiple locations.

It is a genuinely positive partnership where both organisations are aligned in creating better outcomes for the people we support, and that comes through in the way we work together.
