  • We offer shipping Australia wide. Delivery times may vary based on your location and shipping method chosen.
  • Shipping costs are determined by the destination, package size, and weight. We ship to a variety of countries.

Please note that any additional customs fees or duties are not included in the shipping charges. These costs are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid upon delivery.

Customs policies vary by country, so we recommend checking with your local customs office for details on potential charges before placing an order. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on delivery address and shipping option.

  • WV Technologies (Community Laptops) is not responsible for delays in delivery caused by third-party couriers, weather, or other uncontrollable factors.
  • Tracking ID is available upon request. Risk of loss or damage to the laptop passes to the customer once the product is handed over to the shipping carrier.

How quickly will my order be shipped?

In most cases, orders are processed and shipped within 1 to 2 business days from our warehouse. However, for bulk orders, processing times may be longer.

Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you an email with tracking details, allowing you to monitor the progress of your
delivery.
